What you get when you purchase.

Purchasing Productive Voice grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on a single Windows machine. The licence covers both personal and commercial use; you may use Productive Voice in the course of paid client work, employment, or any other commercial activity without additional fees.

The licence is tied to one device at a time. You may move it to a new machine by deactivating the existing installation first. There is no annual renewal and no subscription. Once purchased, the licence is yours for life.

What "one device" means in practice.

Your licence key activates on a single Windows machine at a time. The activation is tied to that machine's hardware profile. Specifically:

• Installing on a second machine requires deactivating the first.
• If your machine is replaced or its hardware changes significantly (for example, after a motherboard replacement), contact support to reset your activation.
• Virtual machines and remote desktop sessions count as separate devices.

If you need to run Productive Voice across multiple machines simultaneously, please contact support@productivevoice.com to discuss multi-seat options.

Lifetime updates included.

Your purchase includes all future updates to Productive Voice at no extra cost. This covers bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features released under the same major product line. Updates are delivered through the app's built-in update mechanism and are optional; you are never forced to update.

In the unlikely event that a future version constitutes a substantially new product (for example, a complete rewrite sold under a new product name), existing licence holders will receive a meaningful upgrade discount. We will communicate any such change well in advance.

What you may not do.

The following are not permitted under this licence:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software or your licence key to a third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings within the software.
• Use the software to build a competing product or service.

Software provided as-is.

Productive Voice is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this licence or the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.

Questions and contact.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
